The Fishman Fluence Classic Humbucker Set is a truly revolutionary product. Many pickup companies claim to "reinvent" the pickup by employing new technologies, but Fishman have actually done it. They set out with 2 clear goals: To preserve the tones players have come to expect from existing pickups and to eliminate the problems associated with them, such as hum, signal degradation and breaking up at higher volumes. This has been achieved by replacing the traditional winding with micro electronics and modern circuitry.

Fishman Fluence pickups are dual-voiced, with the Classic Humbucker set having the PAF-tone that guitarists know and love AND the hotrod tone that redefined lead guitar in the 1980s in the bridge, while the neck has PAF neck warmth and a unique tone to Fluence. So you can go from Slash to Van Halen with the flick of a switch! The organic sound of the Fishman Fluence is incredible, they aren't sterile or digital sounding at all. Fishman Fluence pickups are powered by 9V battery but can also be powered by a rechargeable pack that will go over your control panel if you don't have a battery slot and don't want to carve one.
