To acknowledge this guitar and usher it into the next century, Fishman present the VMV (Vintage Mount Vibrato) Powerbridge Pickup, a drop in replacement for a six-screw Strat Style vibrato bridge.
The solid metal VMV mounts into most U.S. vintage-style Strats (2.220" E to E pivot screw spacing), without cosmetic or structural alteration to the instrument. Warning: Strats with Metric six-screw bridges (For example: Squire and Mexican Standard), may not share the same 2.220" (56.38mm) pivot screw spacing as the VMV. In these cases, it may be necessary to plug and re-drill the existing pivot screw holes on these guitars.
