Joe Satriani's classic JS series continues to be refined. The Premium series JS24P has many of the features of the Prestige model- most importantly no expense has been spared for the hardware. The JS24P features the Alnico DiMarzio® Mo' JoeGäó in the bridge position, and the Ceramic ChopperGäó in the neck position. A high pass filter on volume pot maintains highs at low volumes and a push/pull coil tap adds sound and tonal variations for both pickups. Also the Edge tremolo bridge is the exact same model as Joe has in all his personal guitars.

The American Basswood body has a dressed away heel where it meets the J3pc Maple/Bubinga neck. The Bubinga stripe provides stability and longer sustain. And the Premium fret edge treatment is fantastic making it really slick to play. Soft case included.
