The Meinl CAJ-1 cajon has American White Ash frontplate, adjustable corners and padded seat area.The Meinl CAJ 1 cajon has adjustable snare wires. The snares touch the Cajon inside frontplate. A knurled knob adjusts the amount of pressure used to press the snare wires against the Cajon frontplate, adjusting the rattling between light and sensitive to very loud or the snare can be turned off completely.
