This product is well made and good value for money. The problem I'm having with it however is that it seems each of the 3 parts are boxed separately which at the moment is a little problematic for Gak. I ordered the stand from them, first they sent me the tripod, so I had to phone and tell them it was incomplete. Then to try and rectify the problem they then sent me the top. Now I'm waiting for the piece that connects the top to the tripod. I'm sure we will get there in the end. It's a good job I don't need it in a hurry. The big question is, Why can't Stagg send it out in one box.?
